Pre- and postoperative X-rays of a patient who underwent restricted KA-TKA along with a radiographic evaluation. Hip‐knee‐ankle (HKA) angle is the internal angle formed by the femur and tibia’s mechanical lines. The coronal femoral component angle (cFCA) is defined as the external angle formed by the femoral mechanical axis and the tangent to the most distal part of the medial and lateral condyles of the femoral component on the coronal plane. The coronal tibial component angle (cTCA) is defined as the internal angle formed by the tibial mechanical axis and the tangent to the plateau of the tibial component on the coronal plane
