Key points for OUKA kinematic alignment technique: 1) Place the distal femoral drilling guide to the distal femur in the flexion position, the lower surface of the base is flat on the tibial cut plane, and the upper surface of the base is tightly attached to the cartilage surface of the posterior femoral condyle; 2) The drilling direction is parallel to line A; 3) Conform the drilling hole is located on the center-line of the distal femoral condyle through the guide window; 4) On the sagittal plane, the drill is parallel to the tibial cut surface through the drilling guide hole, which is slightly flexed along the anatomical axis of the femoral shaft; The drilling is located at the center-line of the distal articular surface of the femoral condyle
